Warm, dedicated part-time nanny sought for Seattle family with a 1yo & 3yo (high-support-needs ASD). Flexible start/hours; initially seeking 2x/wk, 2-hr blocks for respite care. Significant, verified experience with both toddlers & high-needs ASD is essential. Role focuses on creating a structured, stimulating environment using patience & calm demeanor; adapting play/learning to individual needs. Includes routines, engagement, safety, care, light child-related tidying. Must be reliable, proactive, positive, CPR/First Aid certified, & comfortable with our friendly 7lb dog.
