About the job
We're seeking a loving, reliable, and experienced part-time Mother's Helper to care for our 9-month-old baby Tuesday-Thursday while mom transitions into work. The position is approximately 6 hours per day with some flexibility in the schedule. Responsibilities include: - Caring for baby (age-appropriate activities, diaper change, take out diaper trash, feeding solids/bottle, baby-related tidying) - Light household chores (picking up toys, occasional laundry) - Cooking family meals based on a set meal plan (may take 1 hour or more). Mom will mostly be home until the baby is fully weaned (around +1 year), but there will be times when independent care, including bottle feeding, is necessary.
