My wife needs help with our little one, we have 2 more kids, 7y old girl and 3y old girl I work long days and we need help from early afternoon to be with the baby (without my wife), then to help my wife at home when she gets back with the girls. Help that includes helping my wife manage the kids, feeding them, getting them ready for bed etc
