Looking For A Fun, Attentive And Kind Nanny 10-20+ Hours Per Week

My husband and I are both nurses who work daylight jobs. We are looking for a part time nanny/sitter to allow for more time together as a family. Pay is adjusted based on experience and education in the $20-30 per hour range. No holidays required. Hours would typically be one-two days per week Wednesdays/Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Overtime would not be expected. If additional days are requested, notice would be provided in advance. This is not a live-in position. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic in their interest in H's development. Meals for H would be planned ahead so minimal cooking/prep required. Light housework (washing/folding H's clothing, emptying dishwasher, etc) appreciated since H typically naps for 2-3 hrs. Dog care would entail taking both dogs out to the yard for relief 1-2 times per day.
