Nanny For 3 Month Old For Next 2 Years

We are looking for a long term Nanny for our newborn baby girl starting in June. We have a full basement that we are setting up to be a nursery for the little one. We are also willing to work with a nanny on things he/she would need to be comfortable/effective. We are looking for someone with experience with infants ideally with CPR and child development training/education. We are located in Ballard with easy street parking. We are open to a share with a second child.
