Babysitter For A 5yo Non-verbal

Hello! Im looking for a babysitter to work roughly 10-13 hours a week for my sweet 5 yo who is non-verbal. I'm looking for someone who is compassionate and loving. I work remotely at home, so I will be also home and rarely I might have to do an errand or go to the office. I would like you to go through the DDA process to be a caregiver as I get 50 hours of paid caregiving from the state and I will supplement the difference for your rate.
