We would like to have a night nanny for our newborn. Our baby is not too fussy at night so far, so it's not going to be very challenging. If the nanny is very attending and kind to the baby, it's going to be awesome. Also, the nanny doesn't need to have a medical professional level of knowledge, but enough knowledge of caring baby without fake science.
