Nanny For 2 Toddlers .

We are looking for a nanny who is realistic and experienced at managing safety, meals, sleep routines, and indoor/outdoor play + learning for 2 toddlers. Outside every day in some form is a win for all of us. Someone who knows age and developmental appropriate behavior and how to nurture, guide, redirect, and communicate with the kids and collaborate with parents as new milestones and boundary exploration arise. We would prefer someone who is consistently on time and comfortable cleaning up after yourself and kids during your time with us. We would also prefer a nanny who has their own insured car, knowledge/training in car seat safety, and is infant CPR/first aid certified.
