We're expecting our baby in really June, and would like to begin care in October 2025. Dad would be working from home some of the days the nanny would be here; mom has a flexible schedule. We have a dog in the house. There's no expectation a nanny would be fully responsible for the dog, but some help in letting the dog out (not walking) would be helpful.
