Nanny share for 8mo girl & 11mo boy Requirements: -Genuinely loves caring for children with a happy and positive attitude; passionate caregiver who treats role as more than just a job/paycheck -Enjoys actively engaging with the children and can spend time with them outdoors -Experience caring for infants (ideally two or more at the same time) + multiple references -Non-smoking/vaping household -Up-to-date Covid, Flu, Tdap vaccinations -Infant CPR and first aid certified -Valid driver's license and clean driving record -OK with dogs (one family has a well-mannered dog) Our ideal person would also be familiar with early childhood development principles and actively support the children in working toward milestones, developing social emotional skills (e. g. recognizing & naming emotions), etc. as they get older.
