Weekend Helper - Long Term Relationship

We are looking for a mother's helper to play with and watch 2-3 kids once (we have four kids total but an adult will always be here to help as well or out of the house with some of the kids) or twice a weekend. The hours and days would be flexible based on when our au pair isn't working (she works most Saturdays). The number of hours per day is also flexible and some weekends we will be out of town. We are looking for a long term relationship and need someone tidy who can help keep the kids and their stuff tidy. Creativity and positive energy is a must. Especially interested in someone interested in sports with our 7-year-old son who is less independent. Help with dishes and keeping the kitchen clean or picking up toys while the kids are occupied is also expected.
