Nanny Needed For My Children In Seattle.

I am expecting my first child in a few weeks. I currently work a demanding job and am looking for opportunities to get some time back to enable myself to be able to maintain my job responsibilities while still being present with my daughter. I dont yet have full clarity on where my time will be spent, but Ive been reading online and see mother helpers positions where we can get help with laundry / cleaning / etc.. to help free up some time Are any of these options available?
