After School Nanny To Provide Adventure/support/nurturing Environment For Our 4 Year Old Son.

We are looking for a part time nanny with 3 years of in-home experience. Our son will have school/camp in the morning until midday so we need help in the afternoon. Job would be a mix of outside daily adventures, at home downtime, arts/crafts, simple meal prep, and tidying up at transition/downtime. S will be returning to work in 30 days and will be working a hybrid schedule of home/office. Bruce will be around/in/out working on various house & second home projects. G has two 18-year-old twin brothers that are with us every other week until college starts this fall. We will pay via formal payroll with fed/state/local tax withheld. We are paying a rate of $30 hr, provide sick leave, a $200 per mo healthcare stipend, and 4 designated weeks where we would be on vacation and the caregiver would be paid 50% of normal rate.
