About the job
Principle Function: Provide for the physical, emotional and intellectual stimulation and safety of children ages 0-5 years while working in the church's nurseries on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. The Nursery Caregiver must ensure that the room is a welcoming and safe environment for the children of visiting and member parents/guardians, so that the adults may participate fully in fellowship and educational activities with the knowledge their children are being well cared for. Magnolia UCC is a progressive, open and affirming community of faith in Magnolia. We are looking for a nursery caregiver to staff our nursery two Sundays a month from 9:30 to 11:30. There will always also be a volunteer to assist the caregiver. There may be one child or three or maybe none! We would still like to staff the room consistently with a caring and loving caregiver for those Sundays. You can find out more about our community at https://magnoliaucc.org
