Nanny Needed For 1 Toddler In Ballard

We are a single family in Ballard seeking a nanny on a long term basis. Our son is currently 21 months old. He is shy but very friendly once he warms up to you. He loves books, music, and the outdoors. Our parenting approach is responsive, attachment style and we are looking for someone who is similarly gentle. Our desired nanny will engage with him through age appropriate play and activities (no screen time), support developmental milestones, and assist him through emotional regulation. Both parents work from home and he is still breastfed, so strong communication and coordination is essential. We are flexible in terms of number of days but do guarantee hours and provide PTO and sick leave. We look forward to meeting you!
