L is a 20 months old active toddler who needs some assistance 1 or 2 hours, to drive early (7am) and same to come back late (6pm) from daycare the Monday and the Thursday every other week starting 03/31. We, parents, have long shift work these days 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. + at least 30min commute time. Now, we are flexible and we could discuss if the schedule needs to be the full day job instead of a day at Daycare.
