Flexible Schedule Long Term For A 7-mon Boy In N Queen Anne

Flexible schedule! We are first-time parents to a baby boy. He is currently 7 months old. Mom works from home, in separate floors and are available if needed. We are looking for a nanny that can provide warm, attentive care for our son, with age-appropriate activities and being as screen-free as possible. We are looking for a caregiver with these traits: Great at communicating with both mom and dad. Punctual and reliable, flexible and can anticipate the needs of our family. Prior infant experience required; must provide references from previous employers. Great plus if you are bilingual in English and French/Chinese. Schedule can be flexible. 2-3 days a week, or 5 mornings/afternoons, or etc. We are also happy to do nanny sharing if at our house.
