Our family is seeking an empathetic, kind nanny for 1-2 days/week to start with opportunity for more in the future. Our daughter is 2y8m old and is sweet, mellow, and silly. She has particular needs, so finding the right fit is very important to us. She has a rare neurological condition that has caused developmental delays - she has gross motor delays/motor planning challenges, is currently nonspeaking, and is likely autistic. She lacks protective reflexes, so she needs to be watched closely to prevent falls. She understands a lot, loves music, loves to read. Would be some light housekeeping - just keeping things tidy as you go, nothing much - and meal prep for L.
