Two Ballard families seek warm, experienced, and reliable nanny to share care for our two6-month-olds. We're looking for a nurturing caregiver with a passion for early childhood development and experience with multiple infants. We offer guaranteed hours (24+ per week), PTO, and sick time, care at one house. Responsibilities: - Comprehensive infant care - Daily outdoor activities (walks, park) - Occasional enriching outings (zoo, library, music classes) - Maintaining a healthy infant schedule Ideal Candidate: - Experience caring for two infants - Passion for early childhood development - Excellent communication skills - Reliable vehicle and safe driving record - CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) - Non-smoker with up-to-date vaccinations - Interest in baby-led weaning
