Looking For Full-Time, Long Term Nanny In Ballard - Montessori, Holistic, Attachment Style

We're looking for a full-time long-term nanny to really grow with our family, starting anytime between now and April. We love being outdoors in nature, farmers markets, the beach, cooking organic food, and reading. Details: * We live in Ballard with our 13-month-old, no pets * 30-35 hours a week, M-F: 11am-6 p.m. or 9:30am-4:30 p.m. but we are flexible to discuss; open to additional hours and deciding on a fixed schedule together * Hourly rate: $28-$32 depending on experience * 2 weeks paid vacation, sick leave, and federal holidays; open to additional unpaid time off during summer or other months * We care about learning, creative play, time outdoors, and language acquisition * We use mostly all organic products in our home and prefer fully unscented products; we care about hygiene and cleanliness.
