Family Partner: A caregiver who can grow alongside our child from infant to toddler, nurturing a lasting relationship. --Requirements-- -3+ references -Infant care experience -Current CPR/first-aid certifications -Up to date on vaccinations -Non-smoker -Reliable transportation with clean driving record -Background check -Willingness to travel: Option to travel 1-2 times per year with our family (all expenses covered) -Fluency in Japanese -Education in early childhood development or relevant coursework
