Nanny Needed For My Baby Girl In West Seattle

My wife and I will be transitioning back to work soon and will need help during the daytime on weekdays. Ideally, Mondays through Thursdays, but could be Mondays through Fridays if needed. Hours would be 8am-4 p.m. We would appreciate a little help with keeping our house neat. We also own the house next door and rent it out as an rental home. It's an easy to clean 1 bedroom. In an ideal world, you would have 100% responsibility for the baby from 8am-4pm, would do light housekeeping on our house just to keep it neat and tidy, and would prepare the rental home for new guests 1-3 times per week when needed. The rental home cleaning takes less than one hour to do given it's a small unit. I know this is a bit more responsibility than a typical role, so I'm willing to consider a higher pay rate or a cleaning fee for when you help with the home!
