Long-term Full-time Nanny Needed For Our Family In North Seattle

We are looking our next full-time long-term nanny to help care for our children. The primary caregiving will be for our daughter who is 18 months old. We also have 2 older boys; one who is 4 and in school half days and the other who is 6 and is in school full time. There would be care of our middle son needed in the afternoons and the occasional care of all 3 kids when school is closed or on summer vacation- pay rate increased for these occasions. We ideally would like to find a nanny who could be with us long term- for the next 3-4 years until our daughter is in school full time. It is extremely important to us to find the nanny who shares similar values and is the right fit for our family.
