Babysitter Needed For My Children In Seattle.

I need someone who can take my kiddo to play at the park while I make some important calls and possibly run some errands. I require someone comfortable and familiar with using alternative pronouns (in this case, nonejust my childs name). My kiddo while remind you if you forget, but if it makes you at all uncomfortable then please dont reach out. My child is used to a gentle parent no yelling (and of course we all make mistakes, but I expect those to be handled with respectful apologies and amends). Preferably caregivers well-versed in Montessori or Reggio Emilia style philosophy that places the child first and treats them as competent and capable.
