Nanny Needed For 9 Mo Old Starting January

I am looking for a great nanny for 1 child and am also open to a nanny share. The nanny would start in January when my son is 9 months old. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with a small dog, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. The nanny would need to establish an age appropriate schedule, take my son to free activities at the library, swim lessons, and have a focus on engagement and education with the child.
