Have a newborn (9/19/24) + 2 older pets (one rabbit, one cat - both very calm and friendly). We're at home now but going back to work in January and looking to find a part-time nanny who can help with childcare oversight T-W-Th (roughly 830 - 130p) each week starting in January. Hoping to do a little "ramp up" in December while we're still on bonding leave but very flexible on how that looks given holiday season and such!
