About the job
We are looking for weeknight help with our two young kids, L (6) and G (3). We both work full-time and have realized that we could use another caring set of hands to help things run more smoothly. Ideally, we'd love to do Monday-Thursday from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The start time can be flexible if 5 p.m. is easier. We'd love help with school/daycare pick up, meal prep for the kids, and some light housework. We're also excited for the kids to have someone else to play and learn with. I will be around in most evenings, and one of my hopes is that the extra support will allow me to give each of the kids dedicated attention. This is our first time getting regular in-home help, so I'm sure it will evolve, but we are excited about the idea of having the consistent, caring influence of another adult in our kids' lives.
