Nanny requirements: -1 loves kids/babies -experience caring for at least two little ones (We have a 2year-old and a 3year-old). Our 3-year-old will be in preschool for most of the time that we need care -actively engages them in conversations -uses imaginative play, giggles, 'making friends' planned fun activities. -flexible and willing to work with me (often alongside of me) or my husband at home most of the time -comfortable with taking directions, or texts updates often. -occasional housework during nap, (there may be downtime) we need help around the house with dishes, laundry, sweeping, taking out trash, unloading groceries, etc. -flexibility: start and end times may vary by one hour Helpful but NOT required: -Potty training experience would be a plus -Pet lovers ( 4year-old doggie) a plus We look forward to meeting you
