We need a nanny for two days a week for our 16-month-old son. His previous nanny went back to school. . We have no pets and don't need any chores done, just taking care of our son. He is 16 months old, can walk, and does about 10 signs of baby sign language. He is shy but very friendly, loves books, music, and nature. We have an attachment and responsive parenting style. We are looking for a nanny who can match that and respond supportively to his needs (no "cry it out"). .
