Flexible time/schedule for the right person! Nanny requirements: -#1 loves kids/babies -experience caring for at least two little ones (a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old) -actively engages them in conversations -uses imaginative play, giggles, 'making friends' planned fun activities. -flexible and willing to work with me or my husband at home most of the time -comfortable with taking directions, and texts updates often. -occasional housework during nap, (there may be downtime) we need help around the house with dishes, laundry, sweeping, taking out trash, unloading groceries, etc. Helpful but NOT required: -Potty training experience would be a plus -Pet lovers ( 3-year-old doggie) a plus -newborn experience We look forward to meeting you :)
