Energetic, Positive After-school Nanny Two Fun Kids

We are a two kid, two working-parents family looking for an after-school nanny who can drive to pick our two kids up from elementary school and also preschool and then bring them home and manage after-school time. We have two young boys, and we would love someone who is energetic, positive, empathetic, able to set routines, comfortable talking about feelings and ready to play some games. In an ideal world, we would find someone able to commit for the school-year but at a minimum from August-December would be a priority for us. We would like to set up a few hangs with the kids (paid) before committing to make sure we find just the right person. We have one elderly dog at home who is very chill.
