About the job
Our son is a social butterfly and loves nothing more than to spend time in a crowd. He enjoys observing older kids in the sandbox silently, sprint crawling across the living room to something that he's seen 100 times before but just caught his attention, and jumping to dance music. Insatiable when it comes to bananas and blueberries, he also can't get enough of his mom's wild faces. We spend a lot of time outside and in the kitchen, where he's just starting to learn how to help make meals and clean up. I (dad) am transitioning back to work after spending all of his life thus far at home, and we need someone fun, patient, and thoughtful to help our little dude become his best self and love him as much as we do. The right fit will have evidence-based knowledge and a point of view, but will be a great communicator and open to feedback.
