Looking now for a full-time nanny for our twins once we're done with maternity/paternity leave. Twins are a handful, so hoping to find someone with patience and maybe some multiples experience. Our smaller NICU baby is getting over a bottle aversion, so we'd need someone who can handle what can be a delicate situation with feeding.
