At least one parent will be onsite while the caregiver is present. Need caregiver to feed and play with the baby in addition to light housekeeping (cleaning and tidying/organizing). Parents want more time for themselves. Babys ideal day: 7-7:30 a.m. wake up Feed and play in between 10:30-11:00 a.m. start nap (usually 30-45 mins) Feed and play in between 2:30-3:30 p.m. start nap (usually 30-60 mins) Feed and play in between 4:15-5:00 p.m. shower Feed and play in between 6:30-7:30 p.m. sleep
