3-year-old needs someone to play with during the day. Two older siblings (seven and five) go to school. Need a nanny to hangout with the youngest and pick the older two up from the bus. All three would be home if there was a school break. Nanny needs to be comfortable taking care of the kids if someone is sick (mild cold, sneezes etc. major illness I would stay home).
