Nanny Needed For My Children In Redmond.

My child has sensory processing differences and we are seeking a caregiver to accompany her in preschool MWF 8:30-11:30, from mid-April until the last day of preschool May 30th 2025. She wears noise reducing earmuffs, needs help calming down when she is scared, and needs extra coaching on proper behavior with her classmates (8 students age 4-5yrs). Her preschool is a mainstream school: 1. 5 hours indoors Montessori followed by 1. 5 hours outdoors nature school, rain or shine. A caregiver would need to provide own transportation to/from school and own outdoor gear to be comfortable in April/May chill and rain. Our child is in weekly occupational therapy (OT) and we use many OT tools/strategies to help our child regulate her emotions and sensory input. We would like a caregiver to use some of the same OT strategies to maintain continuity.
