Nanny Needed In Bellevue/Redmond For Our 2-month Old Newborn! Part-time To Full-time

We are a loving family of three, new to parenting, with a sweet 2-month-old daughter, Willie. She's a relatively calm and easygoing baby (as if now) who enjoys looking at lights, drinking milk, kicking durning diaper changes. We are staggering our leave from work, so we're flexible with scheduling right now and are open to part-time care to start, with the potential to ramp up to full-time as we both return to work. At this stage, we're looking for any help to ease the load, whether it's during the day, early mornings, or overnight care. The ideal nanny is nurturing, gentle, experienced with newborns, and happy to assist with light household duties.
