We're a family of three in Redmond looking for a full-time nanny for our 2. 5-month-old son starting early Jan Responsibilities: - Infant care: feeding (combination of breast pumped milk and formula), diaper changes, bottle maintenance, putting down for naps, tummy time, baby laundry, restock baby drawer with cleaned clothes - Engage in age-appropriate activities, toys, and books - Regular communication with parents - Keep nursery/house in "as found" condition - Provide safe and nurturing environment - Bath time as needed, cut nails - Follow and log nap, wet and dirty diaper, and feeding schedule - Patient, compassionate, caring, gentle with the baby - Great experience with infants of similar age (at least two strong recent references. The more, the merrier) - CPR/First Aid certification - Non-smoker - Open to feedback.
