Hello! We are a dual first responder family. I work two 24 hour shifts a week, and the days I work rotate each week. We're mainly looking for care on Wednesday-Friday (will be Tuesday-Friday starting in May or June). There will be times that I'm able to swap shifts with coworkers and may not need someone for our 4-month-old those days. Although, my boyfriend is on call two weekends out of the month and may need to call someone emergently to watch our son if I am already working.
