Our daughter is 5. 5 months old and we are just looking for an occasional babysitter so that we can occasionally go out for a date night. It would not be very often, but we would like to find someone that we can trust so that when are ready, we've already done the vetting. For the most part it would just be a few hours while she sleeps at night, but she doesn't sleep through the night, and we do not believe in letting her cry it out if she does wake up.
