Part-Time Nanny For 3 Under 3

I (mom) will be returning to full-time work and we are in search of some afternoon help with our little ones. I work from home 90% of the time, so I would be home a majority of the time. We have a 2. 25-year-old daughter and 9-month-old twin boys. Main responsibilities will include; supervising playtime, changing diapers (our daughter is in the process of being potty trained), some snack preparation, and providing routine for the children. Our daughter’s typical nap schedule is from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and the boys vary somewhat, but generally nap 1-2 hours in the afternoon. We prefer to not use screens for entertainment but enjoy reading, playing, going for walks, etc. Additionally, we have a large dog (Shepard/retriever mix) that does not need any care but is mostly inside the house.
