Occasional / Part-time Nanny For Our Almost 1 Year Old.

I'm looking for an occasional/ part-time nanny for our almost 1-year-old. I work part-time remotely from home and as our almost 1-year-old son has gotten older, he's taken less naps and made it more difficult for me to get work done. I'm looking for someone that could help occasionally for a couple hours when I have online meetings scheduled or when I have a work project I really need to get done. My husband and I also haven't been on a date in a very long time so we would love to be able to go on a date night once in a while. For the date night our 5-year-old son would also need care. We have a1-year-old golden retriever in the house - he's super sweet and loves everyone but would need to be comfortable with dogs (you don't need to take care of him though - when I'm working, he just rests under my desk).
