My husband and I both work four 10-hour shifts and have a commute of about an hour. We are in need of in-home childcare for our 20-month-old child. Occasionally, we may have childcare covered for early mornings, but the days and times can vary. We are actively involved in our child's care and will check in frequently, requesting updates throughout the day. Transparency and trustworthiness are very important to us in our caregivers.
