About the job
We are currently expecting our first child! We both work from home (software engineers), so we are looking for an in-home caregiver that we can work with during the week for childcare and light child-related housekeeping during our workdays (M-F 8-4). Ideally we would work with someone to build a routine that is satisfactory for all involved. We have 3 indoor cats and 1 dog (German Shepherd). We'd like to encourage child independence (Montessori style) but we aren't exclusively looking for that.
