My husband and I are transitioning quite suddenly; as our grandchildren are being displaced from their mother, and we will be assuming custody. We both work full time, and I do so from home, but I do not have the capacity to juggle the two fairly for either the kids OR my work, There are 2 older boys, but they will be in school each day. We need help and quickly; as we're hoping the documents finalize in the next few days. Right now we're waging it, and neither of us can afford to risk our job security by alternating time off from working. The 12-month-old is a baby girl, and the 3-year-old is a little boy.
