Nanny/babysitter For Two Sweet Girls Needed 3 Days A Week, 10 Hours Per Day.

We are looking for someone to care for our girls like they are their own. We have a soon to be 10-month-old and a 5-year-old in kindergarten. Our 5-year-old will need to be met at the end of our road in the afternoons when her bus arrives after school. We are looking for someone who can help with laundry and cleaning up after the girls meals and snacks. We use cloth diapers for the baby, so you need to be comfortable with this. Ideally we can find someone who has experience with kids who have determined and strong personalities and can work with our older daughter. We value our kids feelings, thoughts and their desire to have autonomy and need someone who has similar feelings about parenting and raising kids. Experience in food allergies would be helpful, as our baby has several food allergies.
