Hello! We currently have a wonderful nanny, but would like to find a backup nanny for occasional help in case of sick days, etc. We would need help in our home from 11 a.m. to about 6 p.m. once or twice a week at most. Our baby girl is super chill and easygoing! She loves animals, books, music, and playing outside. We implement the Montessori method in our home as much as possible so please be familiar with that.
