About the job
Our daughter isnt born yet so at this point, we dont know for sure if shell need any special care. We are hopeful to find a nanny share for her when she hits 4 months because we dont want to start her in daycare until shes at least 6 months old. We want to find a situation where the ratio would allow her to get great attention, be held quite a bit, and be socialized with any other kiddos.
