Regular nanny needed for pick up of toddlers 2. 5 and 3. 5 and then watch them until I get home from work. I work 12's and they go to daycare so you would need to pick them up at 4pm-745 p.m. I work rotating (every other) weekends one of the weekend days; their dad can help sometimes on the weekend, so the weekend help would only be if their dad can't help. Total hours would be 7. 5 (possibly +12) one week and the next 11.
