Babysitter- Mondays

Hello! We are a family of 4 in Olympia. Zach is in the Army stationed, Madison is a paralegal, and we have 2 boys who are 9 months and 2 years old. We have 2 cats and 2 chickens as well. We bought our house in this neighborhood about a year ago. Madison works from home except on Mondays, so we are looking for someone to watch the boys in our house from 9-3 (or can be a little flexible on the times) on Mondays. We can discuss possible extra days, depending on everyone's preference. We are not opposed to the nanny taking the boys to their house or out on adventures. We would really like someone who has had kids themselves or has substantial babysitting experience, since it can be a lot with the boys being so young and close in age.
